崗位職責(zé)
* Support HR leader to improve and develop the organization and drive HR / Admin functional excellence, initiating continuous improvements;
* Lead and be responsible for staffing processes with thorough understanding of internal customers’ needs, including hiring needs clarification, job description confirmation to onboarding and induction till passing probation period;
* Lead staffing activities and projects;
* Drive performance management process and assessment on completion milestones and quality;
* Manage internal transfer process and job rotation projects;
* Work as project manager on projects assigned by leader to improve and develop processes and initiate continuous improvements;
* Generate and check HR related reports to ensure data accuracy and analyze data;
* Implement corporate HR policies and processes in local area and develop, manage local HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations. Keep the team updated about relevant laws and regulations and regularly review employee handbook and other HR regulations;
* On time completion of other tasks or projects assigned by leader.
任職要求
* Bachelor degree or above;
* Good at Excel and PowerPoint - user level;
* HR related laws and regulations - specialist level (can apply, analyze, and advise);
* Staffing, Interview skills - specialist level;
* Performance management - specialist level;
* Training and development methods and implementation - user level;
* >= 1 years HR / Admin experience in Generalist, or HR Business Partner role experience preferred;
* Familiar or experience with all HR modules, and with strength / solid experience on staffing, performance management, or process development;
* HR system, data analysis, or payroll experience preferred esp.K3.
